KYLE HAMILTON

Owner/ Project Engineer

Kyle Hamilton graduated from the University of Missouri–Rolla in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. In 2009, he co-founded Omega Controls, Inc., which has since grown into a thriving engineering firm employing a team of five skilled engineers.

Throughout his career, Kyle has specialized in system integration, with deep expertise in Allen-Bradley PLC controls, HMIs, drives, and complex servo systems. His hands-on approach and technical leadership have been central to Omega’s continued growth and reputation.

Outside of work, Kyle enjoys life with his wife, Yvonne, and their four children. He spends his free time outdoors on their family land, shuttling kids to and from sporting events, and squeezing in mountain biking whenever possible.

YVONNE HAMILTON 

Owner/ Operations Manager

Yvonne Hamilton graduated from the University of Missouri–Rolla in 2005 with Bachelor of Science degrees in Architectural Engineering and Civil Engineering. She began her career with a civil engineering firm in Fort Smith, Arkansas, before choosing to stay home to raise her children while supporting Omega Controls, Inc. on a part-time basis.

Yvonne now serves as a full-time member of the Omega Controls team, managing bookkeeping, insurance, day-to-day office operations, drafting, and parts procurement. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and staying active in her children’s school and sporting activities.

KRIS HAMILTON

Project Manager

Kris Hamilton graduated from Missouri University of Science and Technology in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemical Engineering. He joined Omega Controls, Inc. as a Project Engineer in 2010, where he has since developed extensive expertise in Allen-Bradley PLC controls, HMIs, variable frequency drives, and servo control systems. His experience also includes working with a wide range of programmable controllers and HMI platforms.

Kris is highly proficient in Wonderware SCADA systems, leveraging them for advanced machine control and data collection. Prior to joining Omega Controls, Inc., he served as a production engineer, gaining valuable experience in project and personnel management.

WILL RUPP

Project Manager

William Rupp joined Omega Controls in 2010 as an intern in the engineering department, quickly proving himself as a versatile and dedicated contributor. He advanced from hands-on work in the panel shop to becoming an integral member of the engineering team.

William graduated from the University of Arkansas–Fort Smith in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and transitioned into a full-time project management role. He brings extensive technical experience in Java, Python, C+, MS SQL, Allen-Bradley PLCs, and Red Lion HMI programming. In addition, he is a certified developer in Inductive Automation’s Ignition SCADA platform.

JOSH BENDER

Project Manager

Josh Bender joined Omega Controls in 2019 as an intern in the engineering department, quickly proving his capability and dedication. He advanced from hands-on work in the panel shop to becoming a key contributor within the engineering team.

After graduating from the University of Arkansas–Fort Smith in 2020 with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Josh transitioned into a full-time project management role. He has developed extensive experience with Inductive Automation’s Ignition SCADA software, MS SQL, Allen-Bradley PLCs, Red Lion HMI programming, and Gatelogic.
